FL777 strictly prohibits any form of fraud, collusion, use of automated software or bots, exploitation of software errors, and any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or other players. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of FL777 that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

To register and maintain an Account on FL777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
FL777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time FL777 deems it necessary. Players are required to submit valid government-issued identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by FL777 may result in the suspension of the Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FL777 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
FL777 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you. FL777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
You must notify FL777 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. FL777 will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend your Account during the course of such investigation.
All financial transactions on the FL777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). FL777 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. FL777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. FL777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
FL777 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, FL777 will notify the Player and may request additional information to resolve the matter.
FL777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All games available on the FL777 Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by FL777 or any Player.
Each game on the FL777 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing any wager. FL777 shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, FL777 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, FL777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. FL777's decision in such matters is final.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information section. These percentages represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the FL777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the FL777 Platform, including but not limited to: the FL777 brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of FL777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the FL777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of FL777.
Any unauthorised use of FL777's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which FL777 reserves all rights and remedies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FL777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the FL777 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
FL777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their FL777 Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
FL777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. FL777 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
FL777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
FL777 may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other regulatory and law enforcement authorities in the Philippines in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of FL777's privacy obligations to Players.

FL777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (after deducting any amounts subject to investigation or dispute) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balances that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting FL777 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
FL777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, FL777 will notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to the Player's Account.
The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the FL777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the FL777 Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and FL777, you are encouraged to contact FL777 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. FL777 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly through its internal dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through FL777's internal process within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the competent regulatory authority or to the courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the FL777 Platform.
FL777's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
